Yes the medication can cause nausea and vomiting.Regarding the 3 broken ribs, you will need to practice deep breathing workouts.Take in deep breaths and hold them for several seconds. You will need to cough also,to clear your lungs.I know it most likely hurts, but you truly require to do these to avoid additional lung complications.I wish all the best:)

Are You God's Wife?

According to a story reportedly written by Leo Buscaglia, "On a cold day in December, some years ago: A little boy, about 10 years old, was standing before a shoe store on the roadway, barefooted, peering through the window, and shivering with cold.

"A lady approached the young boy and said, 'My, but you're in such deep thought staring in that window!'

"'I was asking God to give me a pair of shoes,' was the boy's reply.

"The lady took him by the hand, went into the store, and asked the clerk to get half a dozen pairs of socks for the boy. She then asked if he could give her a basin of water and a towel. He quickly brought them to her.

"She took the little fellow to the back part of the store and, removing her gloves, knelt down, washed his little feet, and dried them with the towel.

"By this time, the clerk had returned with the socks. Placing a pair upon the boy's feet, she then purchased a pair of shoes for him.

"She tied up the remaining pairs of socks and gave them to him. She patted him on the head and said, 'No doubt, you will be more comfortable now.'

"As she turned to go, the astonished child caught her by the hand, and looking up into her face, with tears in his eyes, asked, 'Are you God's wife?'"²

I WONDER IF THE BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR IN GROCERY STORE ARE ACCURATE?

I wonder if the blood pressure monitor in grocery store are correct?
I just got a new property blood pressure monitor named Omron HM780, supposedly accurate. Now when I go to the store my readings are between 130/85 to 148/95 and when I get home my readings are amongst 115/70 to 132/85 WHAT Should I TRUST?

Blood pressures taken by a cuff are not as acurate as these taken manually by a medical proffessional or these taken invasively (straight from your arteries – they only do this for you in hospital in significant instances – such accuracy is not essential otherwise).
Your blood pressure could be fluctuating this considerably anyway, its hard to inform without having a vast quantity of readings. also the way you apply the cuff can influence the readings, if there are any kinks in it or if your arm is bent it cant have an effect on the reading, this is why a quantity of readings show more accuracy than just one.

You need to make sure you always use the same arm to get constant data. I have an 8 point distinction amongst my left and proper arms.

If you are at the store are you undertaking a lot of walking prior to obtaining your reading? You ought to sit for a handful of minutes first, and then get a reading.

You can generally go to your neighborhood firehouse and get a completely free reading from them if they aren’t out on a call.

Forever Friend

In the course of life's journey
we rub shoulders with many people,

Enlightened or Endarkened

"This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin."¹

You may recall that several years ago Mel Gibson was bitterly criticized for his movie, The Passion of the Christ. Much of the criticism was apparently by people who didn't even see the movie. But that's not my point. What if Mel Gibson, or any other actor for that matter, were doing a movie glorifying homosexuality and/or gay marriage, or promoting the liberal and legal use of marijuana? Chances are many of these same critics would praise such a movie as being enlightening.

One cannot help but wonder if the accelerating moral decline in the U.S.A. didn't begin "in 1947 when the Supreme Court ruled on the 'Separation of Church and State,' opening the door for Madalyn Murray O'hair and her 1962 lawsuit which literally kicked God out of our schools. Furthermore, in 1973, the Supreme Court ruled to make abortions legal, and since that time some 50 million babies have been killed."²

Even many churches today have also gravely lowered their standards of biblical morality. Not so long ago, an openly gay bishop was appointed to the Anglican Church. Does this also mean that a single bishop would be accepted and appointed if he were an openly practicing fornicator? More recently the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) lowered its standard thereby opening the door to allow homosexuals to be ordained as pastors.

One cannot help but wonder at how far we have moved as a society from the light and how much are we now walking in darkness?

Years ago former president, Dwight D. Eisenhower, posed the same question: "In the swift rush of great events, we find ourselves groping to know the full sense and meaning of these times in which we live. In our quest of understanding, we beseech God's guidance. We summon all our knowledge of the past and we scan all signs of the future. We bring all our wit and all our will to meet the question: How far have we come in man's long pilgrimage from darkness toward the light? Are we nearing the light—a day of freedom and of peace for all mankind? Or are the shadows of another night closing in upon us?"

I am also reminded of the words of President Ronald Reagan who said, "If we ever forget that we are one nation under God, then we will be one nation gone under!"

With God's help let us make sure that you and I walk in the light—the light as revealed to us in God's Word, the Bible.

Suggested prayer: "Dear God, please help us as a nation to see the folly of our ways when we turn from the light of your Word and walk in darkness. In your mercy please send a great spiritual awakening to our country … and let it begin in me. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Gratefully, in Jesus' name, amen."

What should you look for in a Facebook eCommerce solution?

Finding the best Facebook eCommerce solution will mean comparing several elements, all of which we will cover as we profile each eCommerce application and merchant:

Where does browsing happen (on a tab or a canvas app)?
Is the Facebook application a stand-alone shop or part of an existing eStore platform?
How much custom design is allowed?
Compatibility with popular technologies (read: Dependence on Flash)

Facebook Store Front vs. Facebook eStore

One of the most important questions to ask is where do the transactions actually happen? This is how we will organize the different applications and platform in this post, first presenting apps that are simply “Store Fronts” and then identifying the platforms that offer a fully functional “Facebook eStore.”

Facebook eStores

(Users conduct the entire eCommerce transaction within Facebook.)

These applications keep users on Facebook, allowing them to actually complete transactions — payment and all — without leaving Facebook. Some apps redirect the user to a Canvas App Page (away from the company’s Fan Page), and others require the shopper to accept a permissions request (the Facebook “Allow” popup dialog) before they are allowed to shop.

When to go with a Facebook eStore solution

If your goal is to keep users on your Facebook Page (or at least within the Facebook environment), then you should consider these options which are great for gaining more Facebook fans, especially if a Like is required in the shopping process.

Also, if you don’t already have an eCommerce-enabled website, then a stand-alone Facebook eStore may be a great option for you to sell your products.

8th bridge — Previously called “Alvenda”

8th Bridge allows you to sell your products directly in their canvas application, or connect a tab on your Facebook Page to your own online store. Based on the example Clients that have listed on their site, this application seems to be very flexible and customizable. In most examples it looks like a custom tab on your Fan Page serves as a landing page that drives shoppers to Canvas App where they can complete transactions.

AN ADVISORY ABOUT FLASH: The 8th Bridge application depends on Flash for its functionality. This means that users trying to view your 8th Bridge store on any Apple device (iPad, iPhone or iTouch) will not be able to see or use your eStore. Everything we think about Flash can really be summed up here: Thoughts on Flash by Steve Jobs.

And in November 2010, Adobe announced it would abandon mobile flash development, nudge developers to the Adobe Air platform and wholeheartedly back what had been a rival approach — HTML5. (Read the Wired article.)

So think twice about using any eCommerce solution that depends on Flash for its key functionality. You’ll be eliminating tens of millions of users who increasingly use iPads to access the Web and make purchases.

The example store we found is an iFrame that appears to be pulling in a store that is too wide for the 520px maximum width of Page tabs. So it’s not very user friendly. This could be a bug or just an error on the part of the Page admin.

One of the key aspects of a Facebook application is the built-in Facebook Sharing and Liking functionality. That could be the subject of a whole separate post!

Many of the above eCommerce solutions have the option of adding a Like or Recommend button to your store. If your goal is to gain new fans through the social shopping process, keep this in mind. When picking a platform make sure that you know your goals, and find the store that best meets those needs.
